Delaware Township park warmly welcomes family reunions, birthday parties, graduation parties, bridal and baby showers, wedding receptions, meetings, and other community events to use our facilities.

Park Building rental information:

RENTAL RATES

• Rental Rate: $100.00
• Additional Day Rate: $50.00  (it is $50 for an additional day OR if you would like to set up the night before or clean up the next day)
• Cash Deposit: $100.00

– Each renter is required to provide their own cleaning products for clean-up.

– Renters will be able to enter the facility at 8:00 a.m. the day of the scheduled rental – everyone is to be off the property by 8:00 a.m. the following day. (revised 8-3-2022)

– Absolutely nothing is to be left in the building after your rental.  Any items left behind will be disposed of.

– If tape is used please remove it.  If ballons are used please discard of them properly (with the string).

A $100.00 CASH deposit (no checks will be accepted for the deposit – no exceptions) is required for all renters.  Upon confirmation from a Board member that the building has been sufficiently cleaned the deposit will be returned.  If the building is not properly cleaned the deposit WILL NOT be returned – no exceptions.  Renters have 30 business days after notification to retrieve the deposit.  If the deposit is not retrieved after 30 days of the notification the deposit shall be deemed a donation to the Park Fund (unless prior arrangements have been made).
